Are your prices per person?
Yes. Every price on the website is per person in pounds sterling. The final price depends on your travel dates, departure airport and how many people share a room, and we confirm it in writing before you pay.
How can I pay?
We accept debit and credit cards and bank transfers, and we always give you a written receipt. Paying part of the cost by credit card can give you extra protection under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.
How do I book?
Send an enquiry from any package page, call us on 020 3740 4333 or message us on WhatsApp. We reply with a written offer showing flights, hotels and the total price. To confirm, you pay a deposit and send passport copies. The balance is due before travel, by a date we agree in writing.
Are you connected to the Saudi government?
No. Alfalah Travel is an independent private travel agency in the UK, based at 13 Station Road, London SE25 5AH. We are not affiliated with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the Nusuk platform or any government body.
