Frequently asked questions
Straight answers from our Umrah team.
Can I choose the hotel for my Umrah package?
Yes. Pick any hotel from this list and we will price a package around it, with flights and the Umrah visa. If it is fully booked we suggest one of the same standard and distance.
How is the distance to the Haram measured?
Distances are the approximate walking distance from the hotel entrance to the nearest gate of Masjid al-Haram or Masjid an-Nabawi, as described by the hotel. Walking times change with crowds, especially in Ramadan.
