This package is for pilgrims flying from London Heathrow who want a well organised Umrah without surprises. You will spend 10 nights in Makkah and 3 nights in Madinah, starting in Madinah so you can settle in before Umrah.

Your rooms are among the closest to the Haram in both cities, with Haram view rooms requested at booking. A personal coordinator meets you on arrival and stays on call for your whole trip.

The last ten nights are the busiest time of the year in Makkah. This package starts with three calm nights in Madinah, then moves to Makkah for the remaining nights, usually including Eid if the month completes thirty days. Rooms are limited.

Day by day

  1. Day 1Depart from London Heathrow

    Flight to Madinah, usually with one connection. Wear comfortable clothes, Ihram is not needed yet.

  2. Day 2Arrive in Madinah

    Transfer to your hotel and rest. Pray your first prayer in Masjid an-Nabawi.

  3. Day 3 to 4Time in Madinah

    Pray in Masjid an-Nabawi and join a guided Ziyarat to Quba Mosque, Uhud and Masjid al-Qiblatayn.

  4. Day 5Enter Ihram and travel to Makkah

    Enter Ihram at Dhul Hulayfah (Abyar Ali), then travel to Makkah and perform Umrah after checking in.

  5. Day 6 to 14Worship in Masjid al-Haram

    Pray in the Haram and perform extra Tawaf. Guided Ziyarat of Jabal al-Nour, Mina and Arafat.

  6. Day 14Fly home to London Heathrow

    Transfer to the airport for your flight home. Buy Zamzam in the sealed bottles sold at the airport, as airlines limit how it is carried.

Is the price per person?

Yes. The starting price is per person based on four people sharing a room, including the flight shown. Triple and double room prices are listed above.

What if Ramadan starts a day earlier or later?

We set flight dates based on the expected start of Ramadan and adjust where possible once the moon sighting is announced. Any change is agreed with you before ticketing.

Can I upgrade the hotel?

Yes. You can upgrade one or both hotels. Tell us in your enquiry and we will send the difference in price.

Is my booking protected?

Flight inclusive packages are protected under the ATOL scheme when you receive an ATOL Certificate. Please read our booking conditions or ask us which protection applies to your booking.

Are your prices per person?

Yes. Every price on the website is per person in pounds sterling. The final price depends on your travel dates, departure airport and how many people share a room, and we confirm it in writing before you pay.

What is included in an Alfalah Travel package?

Each package page lists exactly what is included. Most packages include the Umrah visa, return flights with options from London, Manchester, Birmingham and Edinburgh, and hotels in Makkah and Madinah. Ground transport and Ziyarat can be added where they are not included.

How do I book?

Send an enquiry from any package page, call us on 020 3740 4333 or message us on WhatsApp. We reply with a written offer showing flights, hotels and the total price. To confirm, you pay a deposit and send passport copies. The balance is due before travel, by a date we agree in writing.

Is my booking financially protected?

Flight inclusive packages are protected under the ATOL scheme when you receive an ATOL Certificate. The certificate lists what is protected. Please read our terms and conditions, or ask us to confirm what protection applies to your booking.

Can I change the hotels or number of nights?

Yes. Every package can be adjusted. Use the Umrah Package Builder or tell us what you need and we will send a revised price.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Cancellation charges depend on the airline and hotels in your booking and how close to departure you cancel. Before you pay, we give you the cancellation terms in writing. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
